Thank you for using ShindanMaker.
Previously, the only social media platform you could use to log in to ShindanMaker was Twitter. However, we are pleased to announce that we have now added support for integration with the decentralized social networks Misskey and Mastodon. You can now log in to ShindanMaker using your accounts from these services.
Misskey
Misskey is a decentralized microblogging platform that originated in Japan. It is operated on various servers, including misskey.io and others.
Mastodon
Mastodon is also a decentralized social network. Servers are deployed and operated worldwide, including mstdn.jp and others.
You can now add Misskey and Mastodon accounts to your ShindanMaker account
While it was already possible to link multiple Twitter accounts to your ShindanMaker account, we have now added the ability to link Misskey and Mastodon accounts as well. This means that you can associate Twitter, Misskey, and Mastodon accounts with a single ShindanMaker account, allowing you to log in to ShindanMaker using any of these accounts.
Your user page on ShindanMaker will display the URLs of all the accounts you are logged in with.
For example, if you visit our official account page at shindanmaker.com/@shindanmaker, you can see the Twitter, Misskey, and Mastodon accounts that are linked.
If you wish to add Misskey or Mastodon accounts to your existing ShindanMaker account, you can do so on the External Service Integration page in your account settings.

When linking any of these social media platforms, please be assured that we will not post to or perform any actions on these platforms without your consent.
That's all for the announcement
We are also considering adding features to ShindanMaker that utilize the APIs of Misskey and Mastodon in the future. We hope you will make good use of them.
Thank you for your continued support of ShindanMaker.
