Delete diagnosis（Trial Mode）

Diagnoses created in Trial Mode (i.e., diagnoses after ID:1143354 created without logging in) can be deleted using the deletion password that you have set when creating the diagnosis. (Diagnoses created while logged in can be deleted from My page.)

To delete a diagnosis, please enter the Diagnosis ID as well as the deletion password that you have set when creating the diagnosis below and go to the next page.
