Rainbow Shrimps has Notepad. The user can summon a notepad and pencil at will. If the user draws something on the note pad, then rips the page out, whatever they draw will come to life. Though they cannot make living things. If the drawn object that's come to life comes in contact with water, whatever was drawn will get wet and turn back into paper. Once the book has run out of paper, it will take a day to refill.
