Diagnosis results uncommon's friend decides to play a little trick on them by hypnotizing them, giving them an insatiable hunger for pizza. By the time they snap out of it, uncommon has become morbidly obese and gained over 1200 lbs of dough. Their face is fat and flabby and their metabolism can't keep up. They want to lose the weight, but it sounds easier to just keep eating.
