Diagnosis results After a ton of dedication, Meaty-Muffin has seriously fallen from grace. Their physique, formerly considered the picture of perfect health, had steadily fallen down the rungs of fitness. Muscle definition faded, concave angles grew convex, and everything solid and strong about them grew softer and softer. Their former gym buddies weren't sure what to think when they first started softening up, but there certainly was some concern past the "undeniably fat and out of shape" stage. Now they sit, literally, on the edge of mobility. Their couch-filling rump absolutely dwarfing the tight buns they used to have. The blob they've become is most definitely unrecognizable to anyone who knew them before.
