The user can control the temperature of their surroundings and drop them to an inhumane level the more bloodlust the user shows and/or how sinister the user is currently. The user wouldn't be affected by the sheer coldness of their ability except if the temperature starts reaching too low will they start freezing to death. It is possible to reach 0 Kelvin but it would take a concerning amount of bloodlust to do so.
Your best trait, or at least the one you're known for, is your mischievousness. You're like a little fox or a snake, sneaking your way through situations and maybe even through the thick walls around people's hearts, for good or bad reasons is really up to you..
